Heidi is our qualified nurse. She completed her NVQ in veterinary nursing in 2008 alongside a degree in Veterinary nursing science and has worked in small animal practice ever since.

Heidi was introduced to animals at a very young age as her parents brought home two rescue kittens when she was only a year old. She believes this sparked her love of animals and her dream of working with animals.

Initially she wanted to become a vet, but after her first work experience at 15 decided nursing was more for her.

Heidi currently shares her home with an elderly rescue cat Max and Rafiki, a kitten she rescued from our Winchmore Hill branch. A few hand rear kittens have also shared Heidi’s home before finding new homes of their own.
