Our Cottenham branch is at the centre of the village and community. Head Veterinary Surgeon, Zoë, has been at the practice for many years and provides high-quality care and advice to the neighbourhood pets. Alongside her duties at Village Vet Cottenham, Zoë provides veterinary services for StreetVet Cambridge, and you will find her at our Longstanton branch every Thursday.

Retaining the personal touch that comes with a small village practice, when you visit Cottenham, you can expect an intimate, friendly, caring and compassionate service, backed up by a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital at Milton for complex cases and an emergency out of hours service.

We have in-house laboratory equipment allowing us to run routine blood tests and a fully equipped operating theatre for minor operations on small dogs, cats and rabbits.

As an added service, Zoë is trained to use Acupuncture which can benefit a range of different conditions. Zoë has also completed The Chicken Vet Course and is very happy to see your feathered companions.

We welcome passers-by, so if you are out walking, please feel free to come in and say hello – we are sure your dog will soon find out where we keep the treats!
