Lani is one of our client care associates and has been in the role since 2024.

A friendly face at reception to welcome you and your pet. Lani likes to make everyone in reception comfortable and loves giving treats, although she will always ask permission from the humans first.

Whether you need help making an appointment, ordering your pets food or getting would like to discuss our range of products to purchase over the counter, Lani is happy to assist.

Lani is kept on her toes by her 2 dachshunds named Hendricks and Storm and would like to show them off to you.
