Dr Mika Maenhout

Veterinary Surgeon

Mika graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2023 and has since pursued his interest in small animal medicine across the country, gaining a broad range of clinical experience before joining the Village Vet team in March 2026.

He enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice, with a particular interest in internal medicine and the problem-solving nature of more complex cases. Mika especially values building strong relationships with fellow pet parents and supporting them through all stages of their pets' care.

Outside of work, Mika spends his time looking after his tuxedo cat Meetz and enjoys travelling, as well as cooking (and most importantly eating) good food.
