Our online shop is so much more!!! When you visit the shop, as a Village Vet client you will be able to register to gain access to your very own ‘pet portal’. From here you can view clinical details about your pet, including the date next vaccinations are due. You can purchase foods, treats, toys and accessories all at discounts compared to our in-clinic prices. You can also choose from a range of preventative health packages to purchase online. When you subscribe to these packages, not only will you save money, but prescription flea and worm products appropriate to your pet will be delivered direct to you, when you need to administer them. What’s more, all purchases you make will show on your pet’s clinical records at Village Vet.

How to use the online shop

Check your pet’s records online.

Now, you can register to gain access to your pet’s own online ‘pet portal’. Once registered, you can check details about your pet. You can even upload your pet’s photos and inform us of any changes to your record details. You will see when your pet’s next vaccinations and health examinations are due. You will also see any previous medical conditions that have been diagnosed and treated*. You will then be able to gain access to online clinical veterinary information about your pet’s condition (information normally reserved for vets). *this part of the portal is being updated retrospectively- only problems identified since the launch of the site in 2010 will be immediately visible.

Save on preventative health treatments delivered direct to your door!

To make life easy, and to help save money you can now subscribe to health packages via our online shop. Once subscribed, you will get prescription worm and flea treatments delivered to your door when your pet needs them. Included in some of the health packages are ongoing annual vaccinations and six monthly health examin ations. Payment can be made in annual lump sums or by monthly direct debit and you will save up to 20% off normal in-clinic prices. In this way we can both save money and spread your pet’s healthcare payments to suit your needs.

Save on pet food, treats and toys – SAVE around 10% on Hill’s food

Your pet’s food can now be ordered from Village Vet online. The food will then be available for your collection at you local Village Vet within 2 working days. By ordering online we can pass cost savings on to you. You can even select to make regular repeat purchases at the interval of your choice – when your pet’s food is ready to collect we will email you to let you know. All smaller items including: treats, toys and pet accessories will be delivered direct to your home.

How do I access my pet’s online portal and shop?

Simply visit: www.villagevet.co.uk/shop to enter the main shop screen. You can then register using the ‘register’ button at the top left of the screen. When you enter your details, the site will check that you are registered on our database at Village Vet. You will then be emailed a password for you to use to login. The first time you login you will be prompted to change your password to something more memorable. Once you have logged-in, you will see your pet portal which includes information about your pet. You can then also purchase products from the online shop.
